Low carbon steel strips
Low carbon steel strips are steel products with a low carbon content, usually less than 0.25%. They are made by hot or cold rolling steel plates of appropriate thicknesses and then cutting them into thin strips. These strips are used in a wide variety of applications because of their strength, durability and relatively low cost.
Low-carbon steel has a low carbon content, making it soft and easy to machine. Low-carbon steel strips are easy to form, either cold or hot, into a variety of shapes and products. Although they are lower in strength than higher-carbon steels, they are strong enough for many applications, especially when combined with the appropriate thermal and mechanical processes. Low-carbon steel can be coated with anti-corrosion coatings to improve their resistance to rust.
Low-carbon steel is designed for cold plastic processing. In this group of steels we offer the following grades: DC01, DC03, DC04, DC05, DC06. Depending on the customer's needs, we select the appropriate steel grade.
