Stainless steel wires
Nowadays, due to the growing technological requirements and the need to ensure durability and safety in various industries, materials with special properties are becoming increasingly important. Among them, it is worth paying attention to stainless and heat-resistant wires, which are characterized by unique features such as resistance to corrosion or high temperature.
Stainless steel wires – applications and properties
Stainless steel wires are a type of wire made of stainless steel , which is an alloy of iron with the addition of chromium, nickel and other elements. Due to their unique properties, stainless steel wires are used in many industries, such as construction, automotive, food and medicine.
One of the main advantages of stainless steel wires is their resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel contains at least 10.5% chromium, which creates a layer of chromium oxide on the surface of the material, protecting it from external factors. Therefore, stainless steel wires are particularly recommended for use in places exposed to moisture, salt or aggressive chemicals.

Heat-resistant wires
Heat-resistant wires play a key role in various areas of industry. Made of nickel, chromium and iron alloys, they have extraordinary properties that make them invaluable in various, even very difficult conditions. Heat-resistant wires retain their structure even at extremely high temperatures. Their important features also include resistance to chemicals and corrosion, as well as good electrical conductivity.
Heat-resistant wires - application and properties
Thanks to their resistance to high temperatures, heat-resistant wires are irreplaceable in the steel, energy and aviation industries. They are used, among others, to produce steam boiler components, gas turbines, jet engines and components of car exhaust systems.
The properties of heat-resistant wires are mainly due to their chemical composition and crystal structure. The addition of chromium and nickel increases resistance to oxidation, while molybdenum strengthens the structure of the material, increasing its tensile strength and impact strength. It is also worth adding that heat-resistant wires are often covered with special ceramic coatings, which additionally increase their resistance to high temperatures.
Application of heat-resistant wires
Heat-resistant wires are used in many industries where their properties play a key role. The industries in which they are most often used are:
- metallurgical industry – heat-resistant wires are used in industrial furnaces and metal-smelting equipment, where they are exposed to extremely high temperatures;
- chemical industry – in chemical production, these wires are used in chemical reactors and heat exchangers, where they must withstand contact with aggressive substances;
- aviation and space industry – their ability to maintain strength in extreme conditions makes them irreplaceable in aircraft and rocket structures;
- electrical industry – in electrical devices, especially electric heaters, heat-resistant wires help conduct heat efficiently.
In our offer you will find heat-resistant wires of various thicknesses and lengths. We guarantee fast delivery and professional advice in choosing the right products.
